All-on-4 fixed dental implant bridges can be custom-created for your mouth. When you are missing all of your teeth or need all of your teeth extracted, All-on-4 fixed dental implant bridges be placed as one set of teeth on the top or bottom arch of your mouth.

A Superior Alternative to Dentures

According to The American Academy of Periodontology, when it comes to bone and dental health, full mouth dental implants are vastly superior to dentures. The implants replace some of the tooth roots and integrate with the jawbone, which better preserves the bone.

With conventional dentures, the bone that previously surrounded your tooth deteriorates over time. Implants are securely attached to your jawbone, making them much more stable and comfortable than dentures. They look, feel and function very much like natural teeth.

How are They Made?

A CT scan and a digital impression will be taken of your jaw. With the use of advanced 3D technology, we can determine exactly where in your jaw the implants should be placed. A surgical guide is then created to aid in the implant placement procedure.

The Procedure

The first step in the procedure is the extraction of any remaining teeth. Implants are simultaneously placed in your jaw (typically 4-6 implants are placed per jaw). A temporary fitted set of teeth are secured to the implants and worn during the healing phase (generally lasts 4-6 months). During this healing phase, the bone integrates with the implants.

After the healing phase and implants are securely anchored in the jawbone, Dr. Fernandez will place the permanent implant-supported bridge or denture. This final step requires a series of try-on appointments before your permanent set of teeth are delivered. Your beautiful smile will be restored and you’ll have fully functioning teeth once again.
