What To Expect On Your First Visit
Welcome to Michael Fernandez Family Dentistry. We look forward to meeting you! During your first visit with us, you will spend an hour with Dr. Fernandez or Dr. Cox. Our dedicated Treatment Coordinator will also be present to guide you through your new patient visit. During your time with the doctor, you will have any emergency issues addressed and a comprehensive exam will be performed for a thorough assessment of your oral health. If we have not received x-rays from your previous dentist, diagnostic x-rays will be taken. We are committed to listening to your concerns and desires and providing ethical recommendations for treatment that address your needs. Jessica will work with you throughout the process to ensure you fully understand your treatment options. She will schedule your treatment and assist you in making treatment financially possible.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete new patient paperwork on our check-in computer. If you prefer to complete the paperwork on paper, you may print the forms that are shown below and bring with you to your appointment.
